Omnichannel apparel retailer: end-to-end implementation

• Architected and delivered a US omnichannel retailer's move (web store, 15 retail stores, B2B wholesale) from several disconnected systems onto a single Business Central platform, giving the business one source of truth for products, orders, stock and finance
• Designed and built the Shopify integration: custom apps for web, POS and B2B sales, with products, orders, refunds and gift cards flowing into Business Central
• Shared the project management: prepared the full system configuration, ran test rounds with the client's users and owned the cutover lists through go-live

Azure integration layer

• Designed the Azure layer between Business Central and outside systems: lightweight relays in Azure Logic Apps and Functions, with Business Central owning the schedules and business rules, removing manual file handling and re-keying
• Returns platform: return, label and gift card webhooks received by a Logic App relay in each environment, which calls Business Central securely and makes the platform retry on failure; Business Central then creates return orders, credit memos, exchanges and gift cards automatically
• Banking: payment files delivered to the bank over SFTP and daily statements brought back into bank reconciliation, with a guard against posting payments that were never sent
• Hospitality POS: a daily Business Central job pulls the sales export through a Logic App and an Azure Function into a journal ready for review
• Secrets and security: all credentials kept in Azure Key Vault or Business Central isolated storage (never in code or setup screens), with a separate Entra ID app identity per environment
• Repeatable setup: each environment's Azure resources deployed from templates, so test, rehearsal and production stay consistent

Apparel vertical product

• Built the company's apparel product for Business Central from the ground up, covering Shopify selling, smart variant creation, landed cost accruals, blanket order drawdowns and stock allocation; it became the base for the company's apparel customer implementations

AI implementation platform

• Worked on the company's AI agent platform for delivering Business Central implementations faster and more reliably: AI agents take on implementation work while consultants approve every key step
• Agents work from the project's real context (plan, tasks, meetings and decisions), so what they produce matches what was agreed with the customer
• Testing: business scenarios with recorded test runs and issues, plus test rounds with the client's users, so readiness for go-live is visible at any time
• Configuration: every required setup tracked per task and per environment (test, rehearsal, production), so nothing is missed on the way to production
• Cutover: an ordered go-live checklist where every rehearsal is recorded and graded, so the production cutover repeats a proven sequence

AI-driven data migration

• Worked on the AI migration agent that moves customer data from legacy systems into Business Central: it maps the old data to Business Central, loads it and checks the result, reducing manual migration effort
• Built-in checks stop a load if data would be silently lost or the mapping is out of date, and automated tests rerun after every reload
• Migrations are repeatable end to end, so data can be reloaded for every rehearsal and for go-live with the same result

• Delivered Business Central customizations and extensions for enterprise clients across Europe
• Contributed to upgrades, migrations and production support on large, multi-tenant deployments
• Mentored junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Worked in an international team, with visits to the office in Belgium
